Early Bird is now bookable at least 30 days before departure on continental routes
There must be places you’ve yet to see on your travel wish list. Thanks to our great award flight deals, we can take you to a multitude of destinations from as little as 17,000 miles. Even though we’ll no longer be offering Fly Smart flight awards with Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS after June 2020, we’ll happily carry on sending you off on your travels at short notice: you can now book Early Bird flight awards for destinations within Europe at least 30 days instead of 90 days before you travel.1 And there’s more to discover with Early Bird on intercontinental flights too: with 16 additional services, such as from Munich to Miami and back for 40,000 award miles instead of 60,000 award miles, we are expanding our network to 122 routes.
