Yoshi and I are planning to own a house. Well don't you think it is about time for people around our age? I am 33, going on 34, and Yoshi 38. We don't have any children yet though, who knows.
Did I mention that we purchased cheap land sized about 660 square meters on the mountain side?
The place is almost mountain resort where there are a lot of cottages and vacation houses. You should drive about 30 minutes to go down to the nearest shopping mall. It will surely be inconvenient to live there but we like it a lot because of the great nature and clean air.
We are checking some house builders who import material from abroad.
Sweden House is among them. The quality of their house is I think way beyond the quality of the others but that is because, no wonder, it is very very expensive.. We would like our house to be unique and fun but we cannot afford what Sweden House offers..
Royal Fort Sweden and Maple Homes are the other option for us so far. They offer imported material at quite reasonable prices but comparing to Sweden House the finishing is a bit questionable.. I don't mean they are bad though..
Making desition is always difficult especially when spending a fortune.
