walnuts gathering

I stopped by my aunt's place this morning.

My aunt is very very hospitable that she always seduces me with scrumptious home-made food and coffee... so I can't always just come and go. And thus today too I stayed much longer than I was going to.. Heh, heh. I am such temptable..

When I finally stood up to leave, she came up with these walnuts which were waiting to be gathered in her front yard. "Let's gather the walnuts together!" said she. So we did.

There are lots and lots under the trees. We were so excited and it was really fun! 

Eventually We got a grocery bag full of walnuts each. Wow, it should have costed a fortune if I bought this amount. Thank you sooooo much!! 

The walnuts should be sun-dryed for a week. I layed them in a shallow wide cardboard box so I can put them under the sun when it comes out of the clouds. I can't wait to taste them!! drool...
