Hi guys!
Are you enjoying this three-day holiday? What are you doing? Whatever you do, it should take place outside because it has been sunny for the past two days. So will it be tomorrow.
Yoshi and I are doing nothing special. Staying at home all day yesterday ( silly us! ), taking a short drive to a near-by local town today. We went to Bikkuri Donkey, the interesting looking hamburg-steak restaurant. It may sound a bit childish but we both like the hamburg steak a lot. Nice n' juicy, tender hamburg.... Hmmm, mouth-watering...
It takes about an hour to get to Bikkuri Donkey from our place. It is always week ends when we go there.
We went to model houses after that. We don't have a detailed plan for buying a house but they say that it's always good to gather information when you buy something expensive. We are preparing for the future. Anyway...
It was our first time to see around a model house in Japan. We did some condominiums in Toronto, though.
There were two models there. Both have 4 bedrooms but one was bigger. ... Oh, my gosh... Gorgeous!! Especially the bigger one has a spacious living room and a Japanese style room that looks like a hotel. The bath room is spacious too and so is the wash room. What impressed us the most was the hight from floor to ceiling. According to the assistant, it is 2 m 40 cm. It makes the house look larger.
The smaller model is also nice. It's actually small but it looks financially more down-to-earth considering our budget. Besides, the layout is made very efficiently. Especially its second floor looks more spacious than actual square feet. All three bedrooms face southward with big windows. Two kid's rooms are separated by an accordion curtain which was open when we saw. A hallway facing North has a wide bay window.
We don't know if we really buy a house yet but it was really fun. Once you look those kind of model houses, whether your dream is still blur or not, you will want to materialize your fancy.
Ah..., we have to work hard and make much more money !! Hah, hah !!

４LDKのお家を２軒見たんですが、
きれいー洗練されてるー収納いっぱいーキッチン広いーおふろ気持ちよさそー
やっぱり、見ると欲しくなっちゃうますょねぇえ～。
