何で大臣がころころ変わるんだ？
変わる度に制度や省の方針について説明しなくてはならない。
教える前に多少なりとも勉強してきて欲しいものだ。
国会答弁書の作成にはうんざりする。自分が答弁するんだから、自分で原案を作ってくれれば良いのに！
大臣の定着率が悪いので、我々の業務負担が大きくなる事を国会議員の先生方は分っているのだろうか？
国会答弁で私が書いた原稿の棒読みはやめて欲しいなぁ。
大臣などは殆ど飾り物でしかない。

Why do ministers change so often?
Every time there is a change, the system and ministry policies have to be explained.
I wish they would do at least a little studying before teaching me.
I'm tired of preparing responses to parliamentary questions. If they're the ones giving the responses, they should draft them themselves!
Do Diet members realize that the low retention rate of ministers means our workload is increasing?
I wish they'd stop reading off scripts I've written when giving parliamentary responses.
Ministers are pretty much just figureheads.
