対外的連続性を軽視する国家は二流である
アメリカの大統領が変わり、基本的な方針が変わり、また、対外的な事業の見直しをするという事で、事業停止の措置が採られている。
アメリカの内政に干渉する気はないが、政権が変わったからといって前政権の対外的約束を無視して自由気ままに振舞うというのは問題である。アメリカが世界のリーダーの座から降りるのは自由だが、他国の迷惑になることも考えて欲しいものである。
