食料パニックが起きる?
日本の食糧自給率は、約40%だと言われている。足りない分は輸入に頼っている訳だが、輸入できない事態を政府は考えているだろうか？
日本の経済力が旺盛であった時代は、お金に任せて輸入出来たが、日本の稼ぐ力が衰えた最近では、買い負ける事が多くなってきたようだ。
それよりも心配なのは、海上封鎖と温暖化による大規模な不作である。どこかの海域で船の交通が長期になって遮断される懸念があるし、温暖化による異常気象で穀物の需給が逼迫し、農業国が自国の需要を優先し供給力が世界的に縮小する懸念がある。
第二次世界大戦の時のように、公園や校庭を耕す時代がくるかも知れない。

Japan's food self-sufficiency rate is said to be about 40%. The shortfall is made up of imports, but has the government considered a situation in which imports are no longer possible?
When Japan's economy was strong, it was possible to import goods by relying on money, but in recent years, as Japan's earning power has declined, it seems that it is becoming more and more common for goods not to be imported.
What is of greater concern is large-scale crop failures due to naval blockades and global warming. There are concerns that shipping traffic in some sea areas will be cut off for long periods of time, and that abnormal weather caused by global warming will lead to tight grain supply and demand, causing agricultural countries to prioritize their own domestic demand and shrinking global supply.
We may see a time when parks and schoolyards will have to be plowed, as was the case during World War II.
