議院内閣制は現代社会には向かない！
時代が急速に動き、企業や国民が懸命に対応に追われているのに、選挙制度やそれに基づく議院内閣制は一向に改革される気配が無い。飛鳥つきて良弓しまわれ、狡兎死して走狗烹らるの言葉の通り、時代に合わなくなった道具や社会制度は、時代の求めに応じて変えていかなければならない。
今の日本の議院内閣制はどうか？国民の意見がどのていど取り上げられているだろうか？社会が日進月歩で動いているのに、数年に一度の国民投票では国民の民意を反映できる筈がない。
Parliamentary Cabinet System is Not Suitable for Modern Society！
The times are changing rapidly, and companies and citizens are scrambling to keep up, but there is no sign of reforming the electoral system or the parliamentary cabinet system that is based on it. As the saying goes, "When the bird dies, the good bow is put away, and when the cunning rabbit dies, the running dog is cooked," and tools and social systems that no longer fit the times must be changed to meet the demands of the times.
What about the current parliamentary cabinet system in Japan? To what extent are the opinions of the people being taken into account? Society is changing at a rapid pace, so there is no way that a national referendum held once every few years can reflect the will of the people.
