『第976回 Milan勝利 vs Parma…』

今節、MilanはParma相手に4対3で勝利を収めた。

Vieriの移籍問題などでFWがClose　Upされる昨今のMilanであるが、昨年Parmaから移籍してきたジラが2点目を叩き出したようだ。 以前のエントリーの通り、やはりジラルディーノには得点をコンスタントに挙げてもらわねば困ると言うものだ。何しろここ最近ではかなり高い移籍金、34億円も使って今節戦ったParmaから獲得したのだから。

それにしても、Vieriは全く出番もない。Monacoに移籍するなんて言う話が上がっているようだが、それもマルコディバイオとの交換トレードと言うような話が平行して上がってきているようだ。。真相は分からないのがサッカー界だがね。。

これでMilanはCampionatoで2位に上がって来た。しかしながら依然としてJuveには勝ち点で9点差も付けられている。次節はRomaだ。Cassano問題で揉めていたのが、内乱が一先ず片付いたチームは意外と結束は固いかも知れない。知将スパレッティーが率いていると言う事もある。とは言え、基本路線で言えば、Milanが今回のGidaのミスなど、反省点を活かせば負ける訳はないのだ。バタバタとしていたディフェンソーレの問題も、解決の方向にある。しかし、これは残念ながらおいらが大好きなMardiniの引退が近いことを示唆するものでもある。Mardiniの引退試合があるのであれば1泊2日でもMilanoに行って試合を観たい。。。そんなことをそろそろ考えねばならなくなってきたのかな。。

まぁ、いずれにしても、Milanistaとしては、偉大なるMardini先生には敬意を表しつつ、Rossoneroが勝ち進むことを切に願うものである。



Serie A Report: Milan Hold Strong Against Surging Parma At the San Siro, home side Milan just edged out visiting Parma 4-3.

Both sides came out buzzing at the start, but the opening scores came as a result of major mistakes, and it was Parma who got on the board first. In the 24th minute, the usually sure handed Milan goalkeeper, Dida, dropped a corner kick, and Parma defender Paolo Cannavaro was there to tap in.

Only two minutes later, a ball sent in by Kaka was redirected, inexplicably, by Giuseppe Cardone into his own net to level the score. Milan then went ahead in the 29th, as Alberto Gilardino headed in a cross by Andriy Shevchenko. It was a moment of extreme opportunism from the former Parma ace. Milan made it a two goal lead in the 37th minute, when Kaka finished off the rebound from Shevchenko's shot.

In the second half, Milan came out shooting, and almost got their fourth on more than one occasion. However, it was Parma who opened the scoring in the second half, as Marco Marchionni drew one back in the 70th minute with a low shot past Dida. Manuel Rui Costa was substituted for Kaka, and he made an immediate impact with several terrific passes. His efforts got Milan the clinching goal (supposedly) in the 81st. He made his way toward the box, and set up Shevchenko at the near post. The Ukrainian striker made no mistake, and gave Milan a 4-2 lead. This should have been the goal to seal the victory, but Milan let Marchionni get off a powerful shot in the 85th which Dida could not stop. Parma continued to push for the equalizer, but it did not come, and manager Mario Beretta was forced to head to the dressing room just before the end. With the win, Milan move into second place in the Serie A standings, nine points behind Juventus, and Parma drop to eighteenth.
