【夏季2021日大後班Mのインターン後記】

おはようございます(*^^)♪東京都東久留米市の創業65年ウェルビーイングな化粧品製造業ローザ特殊化粧料(rosa603special）角屋由華でございます。来月2月の都立高校のインターンは中止になりましたが、大学生のインターンは開催予定です。そこで昨年のインターン後記を英文付きでお届けします。

日本大学のMです。2021年9月9日は我々後半チームの最終日となりました。振り返ると長いようで短かった気もします。毎朝発想源から始まり、石鹸作りや製品の充填を行いました。これらの作業は製品の質向上と効率化を実現すること課題にしていました。回数をこなし、原因を探ることで秤量や準備の手分けや攪拌時の羽の大きさ、1回辺りに製造する量の調整、徹底した温度管理など様々な点に気づくことが出来ました。良いものを作るために試行錯誤し続けることは我々の成長とともに会社の成長にも繋がることを学ぶ良い機会でした。私の今後の道筋は定まっていませんがこの生産実習で学んだことを生かし、試行錯誤し続けることでゴールへと辿りつけると思います。短い間ですがお世話になりました。

Hi, I'm M of Nihon University. Today, September 9th2021 is the final day of our second half team. Looking back, I think it was long and short. Starting from the source of ideas every morning, we made soap and filled the products. These tasks were aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the product. By doing the number of times and searching for the cause, I was able to notice various points such as weighing and preparation, the size of the wings during stirring, adjusting the amount to be manufactured per time, and thorough temperature control. It was a good opportunity to learn that continuing trial and error to make good things will lead to the growth of the company as well as our growth. My future path has not been decided, but I think that I can reach the goal by making use of what I learned in this production training and continuing trial and error. Thank you for your help for a short time.
