ﾓﾀﾞﾝ・ﾌｫｰｸが華やかだった頃に出ていたﾘﾄﾙ・ﾏｶﾞｼﾞﾝ『Broadside』はﾚｺｰﾄﾞ・ﾃﾞﾋﾞｭｰする以前のﾌｫｰｸ･ｼﾝｶﾞｰが自作の歌を投稿する場でした。1963年に、Bob Dylanはその雑誌の出版のために伝統的な英国の民謡The Leaving Of　Liverpool をﾍﾞｰｽにした曲Farewell　をﾃﾞﾓ録音、投稿しました。『Broadside』と密接に関連していたﾌｫｰｸｼﾝｶﾞｰのPete Seegerは 、この雑誌のﾍﾟｰｼﾞから選んだ曲Farewellをｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”The Broadside Ballads、Volume 2 ”にFare-Thee-Well（My Own True Love）として収録しました。  しかし、当時､Bob Dylanのﾃﾞﾓ版のﾘﾘｰｽはされず、2010年のｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”The Bootleg Series Vol。 9 – The Witmark Demos: 1962–1964” に初めて収録されました。

1963年､Judy Collins（ｼﾞｭﾃﾞｨ･ｺﾘﾝｽﾞ)はｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”Judy Collins #3”に、196４年には 有名な伝統的なﾌｫｰｸ･ｸﾞﾙｰﾌﾟThe Carter FamilyのAnita ＆ Helen Carter（ｱﾆﾀとﾍﾚﾝ・ｶｰﾀｰ)は、ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”Anita Of The Carter Family”､The Modern Folk Quartet （ﾓﾀﾞﾝ･ﾌｫｰｸ・ｶﾙﾃｯﾄ）はｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”Changes”､The Kingston Trioはｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”Nick - Bob - John”､1969年にはThe Byrdsの創設ﾒﾝﾊﾞｰのChris Hillman（ｸﾘｽ・ﾋﾙﾏﾝ)がいたﾌﾞﾙｰｸﾞﾗｽ･ﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞThe Hillmen（ﾋﾙﾒﾝ)は、ﾌｧｰｽﾄｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”The Hillmen”に曲を収録しました。なお､ﾍﾞｰｽ曲のThe Leaving Of Liverpool はﾀﾞﾌﾞﾘﾝに設立されたｱｲﾙﾗﾝﾄﾞのﾌｫｰｸﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞThe Dubliners（ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾘﾅｰｽﾞ）が1965年､ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”In Concert ”で取り上げています。
