"Children Go Where I Send Thee"は伝統的なアフリカ系アメリカ人のスピリチャル・ソングで、しばしば、クリスマスキャロルとして歌われます。P,P&Mはこの曲と"Jane Jane"を組み合わせJane Jane"を歌っています。また、1969年の｛第3回ライトミュージックコンテスト」では「赤い鳥」はThe Travelers3 をカバー,この曲と”Come And Go With Me"を組み合わせグランプリを獲得,そして「オフコース」はP,P&Mの”Jane Jane"をカバーし２位となりました。

The Travelers3はエクストラレコードからキャピトルレコードに移籍した1964年にアルバム"New Sounds" をリリースしました。彼らの4枚目のアルバムで清吾のアルバムとなりました。曲はその中に収録されています フォーク・ミユージシャンで最初にレコード化したのはThe Weaversで1951年"One For The Little Bitty Baby" をリリースしました。P,P%Mは1988年クリスマス・コンサートを収録、2011年にDVD"The Holiday Concert"をリリース、曲を単独で歌っています。なお、The Kingston Trioは1960年のアルバム"The Last Month Of The Year"、The Seekersは1963年のアルバム"Introducing The Seekers"で曲を取り上げています。
