Soba chef, Yoshiyuki Baba, our honorable member showed US students how to make 二八（Nihachi) soba, the most popular and good taste soba. To reduce time and space, he arranged very unique style of working for them. They cooked soba noodles so well that it could not be thought their first time experience of Soba Uchi. The soba noodle contest reached the climax of the event and one group got the winner prize. Our handmade soba noodles tasted very good, but soba chef, Yoshiyuki's soba is special !!
