「IFRS財団は23日、ESG情報開示の基準づくりを担う国際サステナビリティ基準審議会（ISSB）の理事に小森博司氏を含む3人を新たに任命したと発表した。日本からの任命は初めて。小森氏は2015年から年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人（GPIF）のスチュワードシップ・ESG部門の立ち上げを担い、今年3月まで同部門を統括していた。」

Three members appointed to the International Sustainability Standards Board from Europe and Japan（IFRS財団）
The IFRS Foundation Trustees have appointed Jenny Bofinger-Schuster, Hiroshi Komori and Veronika Pountcheva to the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). The appointments bring the membership to 13; provide geographical balance; and add further investment expertise, practical corporate sustainability and reporting experience to the ISSB.
あとの2人は、国籍は書かれていませんが、経歴から推測すると、1人はドイツ人、もう1人はブルガリア人で、いずれも女性です。今回の任命により、理事の数は、合計で13人となります。
