韓国外相、「現金化」介入せず 従来立場繰り返す 徴用工問題

一週間前の光復節の、文在寅大統領の演説。
「いつでも日本政府と向き合う準備ができている」と、徴用工問題についての協議を呼び掛けた。
これは、政府として介入したことにはならないのか？
すでにできている準備とやらも、呼びかけた協議とやらも、現金化についてのことだろう。
　
この記事の内容でも「準備が整えば日本側と引き続き協議する」との韓国外相のコメント。
これも、政府として介入したことにはならないのか？
　
現金化の手続き自体には介入しないが、現金化そのものについては介入するということか？
本当に介入しないのなら、準備をする必要も協議をする必要もなく、そもそも現金化について準備や協議をするのは原告であって、それをなぜ大統領や外相が行う？
すでに介入しているからではないのか？
こうやって逐一口を挟んでくること自体が、すでに介入していることになる。
介入しないなら、一切口を挟まないで欲しい。
