「あっ、マグロ」なぜ海水浴場に出没？地元大学生が動画を撮影 漁業関係者も「理由は分からない」

マグロは、一生泳ぎ続けなければいけない魚。
完全に眠ることなく、24時間泳いでいないと死んでしまう。
画像のマグロも、すでに口とエラを閉じており、もはや死ぬ寸前。
　
ただ、こういった浜に打ち上げられた魚を、漁業権のない一般人が捕っていいものかどうか。
防波堤などで、ハゼなどを釣るのと同等と見做されるのかどうか。
今後のために、そういった情報があるといい。
