sea mail!!

Thank goodness!!
We will finally get our goods from Canada sent by sea mail!!!
It will come in a weeeeeeeeeeeek!!!
I got a call from the moving company this afternoon. The guy on the phone said they were going to get our goods through the customs today. It will be delivered on the morning of Jul 31.

Can you guess how much Yoshi and I longed them? Can you? We found it very inconvenient living without what we need. It would be easier if we didn't have them from the beginning. But they were once absolutely at hand. That comparison made us feel more inconvenient...

We packed for moving on Jun 15. More than a month ago. The guy from the moving company said that it would take a week for air mail and three weeks to one month for sea mail. I thought it will work out. "We would leave Canada on June 19, stay in N.Y. for 3 days, in Osaka for 4 days and in my father's for a while until we find our apartment... OK, it will so work out."
In fact, we had inconvenient two weeks...

I am so happy I will soon get all of my stuff.
Especially I have missed seasonings. Now my dishes are just simply seasoned. I need more variety...


昨日、運送屋さんからがありました。
ついに！船便が届く！！
…とのことでしたー
いやぁ、どんなに待ったことかー！
何かにつけて、物が足りない。でも
「…船便の中に入ってるから」
買えない。。
そんなフラストレイティングな日々ともおさらばです。

思えば、カナダに行ったばかりの時もそうだったなあ。
いつのまにかだんだんと不便が無くなって、自分に一番快適な空間になっていくのでした。
そういうものなのだ。
