I have replaced my movile phone and its company from au to docomo recently.
Silly me, I accidentally soaked the au phone and broke it 2 months ago! It was so typical, I threw my pants into a washing machine with the movile in the pocket. It was right after I heard a bang in the bottom of the washing machine that I realized with shock. Oh, my goodness, I washed my movile!
In a flash, a TV program that I watched the day before crossed my mind. A comedian had his apartment on fire and all of his stuff were burned. At a loss, standing in the middle of his burned room, he heard the ringtone setting off. It was his movile. Its surface was horriblly melted but he found it still working! His smile in the tube and the melted movile holded in his hand encourged me to turn mine on.
It was still alive then. The display was funny though.. With a relief, I plugged it to the re-charger the night. And then next morning, the display was off and never come back!!! Ho, oh..
Apparently it was overloaded and shorted out because it was wet.. Silly me again! I should have let it dry. I thought, anyway, fire is OK but water is not for movile phone. Hey people, please be careful.
Fortunately, it seemed that the problem was only the display but memory was OK. A cute lady at docomo shop moved the memory to the new movile for me. Now I weathered the risk to lose all the phone numbers and email addresses of my friends'. Phew!!
What is more, Yoshi and I had planned to change our movile. So he said that God told us that now would be the time we replace our movile!! Luckily Yoshi did not nag about what I did! Phew!!
So now I have docomo's SO903i. I love it a lot.
