Hi people, please let me write about what I did during Golden Week holiday.
how was your holiday? (... Please don't say "it was a million year ago." ;-)
During the holiday my husband Yoshi and I went to Tochigi, Japan, with my mother in law. You may know where Tochigi is but if you would like to know more about Tochigi, please click here. ---> TOCHIGI PREFECTURE
I have never browsed it though. Heh, heh.
It was Yoshi's mom's idea that she visits us first, stay one night and then we together go to Tochigi to see Yoshi's younger brother and his wife ( pregnant! ) and 3 year-old daughter. Actually it was my very first time to hit Tochigi!!
In spite of my negative impression on Tochigi, I found the prefecture quite nice. The ground is plain that there are vast vegetable fields such as for tomatoes and cucumbers. You can get those veggies at reasonable prices!
On Day 2 we went to Ashikaga Flower Park. The park was beautifully trimmed that poppies and azaleas and other various flowers were almost all in bloom. What was the most beautiful was wisterias. I heard it is one of this park's features. Yes, it surely was! Walking under clusters, I felt like I was in the middle of rain that never soaks me.
Only if it weren't that insanely crowded... I got tired because of too many people...
On Day 3 we went to Sano Premium Outlets. It was Yoshi who wanted to go buy a pair of shoes. He meant only two of us but it ended up we all went together.
Yoshi was happy he got shoes and a shirt. I was happy too getting nice bras and under pants from Triumph Int.
On the way back luckily we didn't get stuck in traffic jams. ( We did on the way to Tochigi though... ) Frankly I don't remember if I had ever gone out during Golden Week holidays before. Now I officially experienced world's famous jams everywhere in Japan in this time of the year!!!
