cafe Alois

I ran out of coffee bean stock so I went to Cafe Alois to get some today.
I think I posted about the cafe in this blog before. Its coffee tastes just ... heavenly. You must try it!
I heard the owner retired early from his office and apprenticed some famous cafe. There he learned how to roast coffee beans and got the certificate. He proudly showed me the pin badge shaped like a colorful flower!

Today I got 200g of Pakamara El Salvador and 100g of Tanzania AA. The generous owner gave me 50g of Kenya AA for free! Thank you sooooo much!
Before I purchased them, he let me try Pakamara. His way of brewing coffee is like some kind of ritual. Slowly and very carefully, he pours hot water making spiral pattern on the surface of coffee powder. It is so peaceful looking at him brewing. Because it is located in woods, there is no noise but bards twittering. You may forget the fact time goes.... And it smells so... coffee!

I took Jack with me.
He was waiting outside while I tasted the coffee. He nicely behaved until other customers came. He barks near the entrance. He is such a hard-worker as a watch dog! :-D
