What I've been thinking about lately is
It is the difficulty of becoming selfless 
or concentrating on one thing.
 
Even when I meditate every day, 
I find myself being distracted by distracting thoughts, 
and when I try to sleep, 
unnecessary distracting thoughts dominate my thoughts, 
bothering me and keeping me from falling asleep.
 
Were the words and actions I said that day wrong? 
Why did I do that?
 
I think things like this, reflect on them, 
take steps to improve, and the matter is closed, 
but I find myself unconsciously thinking
the same thing over and over again.
 
That is a waste of time no matter how you look at it.
 
Nedojun describes this kind of casual thinking behavior as
 ``automatic thinking'' of the left brain.
 
Nedojun points out that modern people are controlled 
by this "automatic thinking" of the left brain.
 
In an attempt to escape these automatic thoughts, 
most people unconsciously become addicted to their smartphones,
putting themselves and others at risk.
 
Simply speaking, it can be said to be negative thinking itself, 
but for people who are swept up in this harsh human society, 
it can be said to be an extremely difficult task to break away 
from negative thinking and shift to positive thinking.
 
Positive thinking is, in other words, right-brain centered thinking.
 
Nedojun says that the Jomon people,
who built a peaceful and conflict-free civilization, 
were centered on right-brain thinking.

I also recommend that you check out Nedojun's other videos 
and find a meditation method that suits you.
 
Of course, you can meditate however you like 
without the guidance shown in the video.
 
However, it doesn't work out that way.
That's because the automatic thoughts 
of the left brain get in the way.
 
Even if you try to be mindless, 
automatic thoughts will swirl around you before you know it.
 
When I realize this, I pull myself together and meditate, 
but I think it's easier to concentrate if you 
follow the guidance in the video.

These are my impressions after trying it myself.
 
Returning to right-brain thinking, 
as Nedojun says, is connected to directing consciousness 
to the 丹田 tanden (sacral chakra), as Mr. K says.
 
Mr. K also explained that in order to develop telepathic abilities, 
it is important to focus one's attention on 
the 丹田 tanden sacral chakra and to stop the chatter in one's head.
 
The chatter in your head is what you call ``automatic thinking''.
 
As expected, to receive messages from God and angels,
This means that you should not remain in a state of mind 
that is full of jumbled thoughts and delusions.
 
And unless your telepathic abilities bloom, 
you will not be able to connect with the network of light, 
earth consciousness, or cosmic consciousness.
 
In any case, we must quickly learn to gradually stop 
the automatic thinking of 
the left brain and the chatter in our heads.
