社会の動力源を資本主義から自然主義へ
現代の日本では社会の動力源を主に資本主義に置いている。資本主義的発想で社会運営を行っているという意味である。
例えば、法律違反や揉め事をお金で解決しようとする事が挙げられる。繁栄や成功の尺度も経済規模で表現される事が多い。こうした風潮は現代では、当たり前になっていて、違和感を持つ人は少なくなっているのだろう。
しかしながら、経済合理性で考える事に慣れきってしまうと、物事の別の側面について考える能力が阻害されるのではないだろうか？例えば、愛着、歴史、文化、幸福、充実、環境、宗教、健康等、経済合理性では論じにくい多くの事がある。
現代でこそ、お金は大切なものとされているが、お金に関わる事は尊敬されなかった時代があったと聞いた事がある。
社会活動の動力源という意味で、経済合理性は重要ではあるが、決して主役になるものではない。国家の予算や企業の事業計画で、様々な事が金額で表現されるが、経済的側面が中心にあってはならない。
タイトルの「社会の動力源を資本主義から自然主義へ」というのは、資本主義の動力源である経済合理性、私的所有、拡大志向等を縮小し、人間の充足、世代継承、自然順応等に社会の動力源を移行できないかと考えたものである。国家運営の中心に経済対策を置くのでは、持続可能な社会を創る事はできないと考える。
Shifting the power source of society from capitalism to naturalism
In modern Japan, the power source of society is mainly based on capitalism. It means that the society is managed with a capitalist idea.
For example, trying to solve legal violations or disputes with money. Measures of prosperity and success are also often expressed in terms of economic size. Such a trend has become commonplace in modern times, and there are fewer people who feel uncomfortable.
However, if we become accustomed to thinking in terms of economic rationality, wouldn't that impede our ability to think about other aspects of things? For example, attachment, history, culture, happiness, fulfillment, environment, religion, health, and many other things that are difficult to discuss with economic rationality.
In modern times, money is considered important, but I have heard that there was a time when money-related matters were not respected.
Economic rationality is important in the sense that it is the source of power for social activities, but it never plays a leading role. In national budgets and corporate business plans, various things are expressed in terms of money, but the economic aspect should not be at the center of it.
The title, ``Shifting the power source of society from capitalism to naturalism,'' means that the power sources of capitalism, such as economic rationality, private ownership, and desire for expansion, will be reduced. And I think that it might be possible to shift the power source of society to such as human sufficiency, generational succession, and adaptation to nature. I believe that a sustainable society cannot be created by placing economic measures at the center of national management.
