組織の上層が腐敗する理由
組織は上層部から腐敗が進行する。この事は、どんな組織にも該当する。そして、協力で大組織であれば、この事は著しくなる。
その理由は、権力と金が集まるからである。人類が豊かで平穏に暮らすための装置である政治システムが、腐敗の原動力を内蔵せざるを得ない事は極めて皮肉な事である。
そして、この事は今や政府をも凌ぐ力を持った企業においても当てはまるので、多くの企業が腐敗する傾向を持っていると言える。つまり、常識的に考えれば、腐敗している企業が、まともに温暖化問題に取り組む筈はない。
Why organizations are corrupt at the top
Organizations tend to become corrupt from the top down. This is true for any organization. And the more powerful and larger the organization, the more this is considerable.
The reason is that it attracts power and money. It is extremely ironic that the political system, which is the device that allows humanity to live in prosperity and peace, cannot help but incorporate the driving force of corruption.
This also applies to corporations that now have powers that surpass those of governments, so it can be said that many big corporations have a tendency to become corrupt. In other words, common sense tells us that corrupt corporations would never seriously tackle the issue of global warming.
