In japan, when we talk about"the basic of business" we often hear this story

we think there are three advantages
for customers, sellers and community.

if we start a good business
our services or products will be worthy to the customers
and they will be completely satisfied

if we can earn sufficient money
we'll be able to get a good salary and we'll feel happy

if our company expands there will be more customers we can serve
as well as more workers we can keep

and we can pay higher tax

as we all know, tax is important in our society.

if we can earn more profit,
we will also be able to support someone on our own.

so...starting a good business, earning proper profit
and having employees that are confident in their jobs-

so to speak, are really wonderful things

in this print, there are 3 questions.
at this time, please try to think by yourself

1st question

Do you feel you can be proud of your current job?
Do you feel you are enjoying your job?

please chose [YES] or [NO]

this question doesn't have correct answer
and you don't pretend as a model worker

of course, in front of your customers, you have to be possitive

but I want you to think honestry in this time.
and I don't want to say your answer aloud.

It's your will. It's free.

so please write what you think.

Does something ring a bell?

In my case, when I was working
60 percent I enjoyed and the rest of it I didn't

I was a sales staff.
I dealt with web site to look for new jobs
similar with yahoo or google

but we coverd only JAPAN

job itself felt interesting.

talking with customers, learning new things,
and planing new service were exciting for me.

but I couldn't establish a good relationship
with my boss and our team was always overworking.
I always felt my limit

I couldn't enjoy it completely

I appriciate my boss.
He trained me eagerly....

it has been 6 months since I quit job.
I'm still thinking on what I should do in order to feel fulfilled in my job
