How about the customers and co-workers?

as you know, in the world of business achieving a good result is necessary.

Being part of a business, as long as you get paid,
you must do your responsibility to meet the business goals

In most cases,
workers are expected to just do their own role.


but this restaurant

fortunately or unfortunately...

of course fortunately


Mam hopes each of you will grow as professional businesspeople


and if you want, tou can try to study at University.

maybe it's difficult more than I think, but you can try.


Mam hopes each of you support this restaurant just like its your own


it's a solid training graund
to become a manager or an owner in the future



you know, the most important thing is to think
"why shold I do this atitude now?"
"why does Mam say such things?"

after experiencing and understanding how to work,
you can aim to next stage


At first you should work as a subordinate of each department

then you can try to become a team leader,
head of operation and even a manager

if each of you works hard and this restaurant will surely prosper,
the organization will eventually grow, so it'll need people who can manage

and who knouws, there might be other positions, too.

What kind of people does that restaurant want?

first, these people should know how to work.
second, they should know how to manage.
thrid, they must be responsible for the team.

I'm sure responsibility is big....but they can also gain a lot.

the harder they work, the better their future will become.


we are working as one.
we have to do our parts well.

if we work with heart, we can get more customers and that's the for us
