新型コロナにアビガン(ファビピラビル)は、効果を示さずです。
アビガン(ファビピラビル)は、オルトミクソウ属のマイナス鎖RNAvirusに効果は、在りますがベータコロナ属のプラス鎖RNAvirusに効果を示さずです。
オルトミクソウ属は、インフルエンザの属です。
ファビピラビル(アビガン)は、インフルエンザの抗ウイルス薬ですが新型コロナ治療薬としての開発は、中止去れています。
同じRNAVirusと言ってもプラス鎖のコロナとマイナス鎖のインフルエンザは、性質が違いますのでね。
プラス鎖のRNAvirusにアビガン(ファビピラビル)は、効果無しです。
TMA耐性乳癌治療に使える可能性が出ているがまあ此れは､別問題です。
今アビガン(ファビピラビル)が新型コロナ治療に使えると言うと薬機法違反で警察に逮捕去れますがね。
