Snow, snow, snow in Tokyo

Yes, we had a bit of snow last Friday for a few minutes in Tokyo.

That seems to be the extent we get each year, just a few minutes of snow for the whole season.

But today starting at around 21:00, it started snowing as I left the office

and it has gradually gotten stronger! A virtual silver paradise!


I would love for this to continue and to wake up to a foot of snow

... however, I had to leave my PC at work for a system file back up ...

I will not be able to work from home tomorrow so the train better be operating in the morning.


Still, a nice mood change for an otherwise terrible 2012 so far.

Occasional ringing in inner ear,

constant fatigue and slight upper body ache,

chronic soar throat,

weird deep coughs,

daily muscle cramps in legs and torso,

and finally a golf ball size lump below my sternum.



Not exactly the poster boy for excellent health.

I guess years of gluttony taking its toll.
