あの80年代から90年代にかけて猛威を振るった(悪名高き？)Collectablesレーベルの前身レーベルのLost Nite。なんともロマンティックなその名とレーベルデザインがいいですねぇ。

1曲目がチャーツの"デザーリー"、星の数ほどあるDoo-Wop曲の中で確実にベスト５に入るフェイヴァリットソング。以下日本でも良く知られたDoo-Wop、R&Bの有名曲が多い中、何曲か面白い選曲があって中でも東海岸でスマッシュしたというJay Wigginsの"Sad Girl"が聴きものでは。アーリー・ソウルR&Bで中々にディープなバラード。
