日本ではまだまだ癒し効果くらいしか知られてない気がする・・・。
本来の効用は、様々で、喘息にも効くアロマもあるとのこと。

ここ数日、ゴマクッキー作りに没頭
I'm into baking sesame cookies.
最近毎週のようにお好み焼きを
I make okonomiyaki once a week
長女はいつも頼もしい
My first daugter is always good helper.
明日は日本一時帰国用のパッキング。
