最近は以前にも増してとっても充実した日々を送ってます。
更新が遅れがちですみません
We are much full day these days than before.
I'm sorry too late to up it.

今日はスプリングセール～
ってことで、近所のモールとアウトレットへ
洋服とサングラス購入今回は夫から私への誕生日
It was a spring sale today,so, we went to my neibour mall and outlet.
I bought my cloth and sunglass .
it was a birthday gift for my husband



娘たちのドレスも購入。
プリスクールの卒園式に備えて
We bought my kid's dress.
It is for my first daugter's graduation.

僕のも買ってくれたよ
My son's cloth, too.



とっても楽しくて、ついつい時間を忘れてた
なんと５時間近く滞在
We had a very good time there.
To my suprise, we spent about 5 hours

明日は動物園に行ってきます
お弁当作り、頑張るぞ
We gonna zoo tomorrow.
I gonna prepare lunch meal

How are you today

I'm tired

娘達、本日スイミングデビュー
乗り気じゃなかった長女はルンルン、ノリノリだった次女は
次女はもう嫌の一点張り
My daugter's took swimming lesson at first time.
My first daugter was good but my second daugter was not so good.
My second daugter said she didn't take lesson any more

次女のやる気・・・。先生のお力で何とか
とりあえず、様子を見るしかないかなぁ・・・
I think her motivation will change by her teacher.
Let's start it and see how it goes

今日の夕飯はごちそうハンバーグ
Today's dinner was their favorite,hamburg





娘たち、とっても疲れたみたい。
My daugter's were very tired today.

次回は火曜日
Next lesson will take on next Tuesday.

昨日は次女のプチ遠足でシーソルトキャンディのお店へ
とっても楽しいひと時
We took a little long walk yesterday.
We had a very fun time.

ついつい好きな物ばかり食べてる気が
これからはバランスのよい食事に気をつけなければ

I prefer unbalance food to balance it.

豆腐を凍らせたことはあります
食感はまるで高野豆腐。
なぜって
先月日本に帰る際、賞味期限が短いのが気になり、冷凍してみました

Why did I try it?
Because I went to Japan for a while, it's expiration date was short.

日曜は朝早くから新鮮卵を買いに
We went to buy fresh eggs on this Sunday morning.



早速カレーライスの上に
We tried to eat it with curry rice.
It was really yummy



その後、ホットヨガへ
久しぶりで思わず笑みが
体がリラックスするって、とっても重要なんだよな～。
思わず実感
After that,I went to hot yoga.
I didn't it for a long time,I really glad to do.
I think it is very important to relax for all of my body.

午後はSDダウンタウンに行ったものの、激混みで駐車場を探すのも至難の業
残念だけどドライブして帰ることに
We went to SD downtown, but it was really crowded so that, it didn't no street parking.
Unfortunate,we didn't go to it.

最近どら焼き作りにハマってる今日この頃。
夕方どら焼きを作ると、早速サーカスチケットを買ってくれた友人に
お礼がてらお裾わけ
I was into making dorayaki, I made it at Sunday evening.
Thank you for buying the circus ticket, I gift for her.



ソーセージパンとチョコパンを作ってみた。
みんなが美味しいって言ってくれるのが励み
I baked sausage and chocolate bread.
I'm glad to say yummy to everyone.

次女が自分の名前を日本語で書く練習を始めた。
My second daugter started to learn her name in Japanese.

長男、A型肝炎の注射でご機嫌斜め
He shot hep A.





アロマに詳しいお友達情報によると、アロマを焚いてから掃除機をかけることにより、
より綺麗な空気のお部屋になるという。
早速やってみた
One of my friend know aroma very well,she teach me about aroma everytime.
When clean up with vacuum around at house,before defusing air, it helps clean up.
I tried to immediately.



昨日はお買い物デー。
It was a shopping day yesterday.













アンパンマンの見過ぎで今朝の朝食はバナナ
Today's morning meal was bananna.
It was effected by anpanman.



今日はポテトとソーセージのパンを
I baked potato & sausage bread.



今日は英語の勉強の為、子供向け絵本を
I bought my English lesson book



ここ最近は子ども達、みんな元気
Recently,my kids are healthy.







今週の木曜から娘達、水泳教室へ
We decided to go to swimming school on this Thursday.



子ども用サプリ買ってみた
I bought kid's suppre.



今日の夕飯は子ども達大好き、マカロニチーズ
Today's kid's dinner.
They love it.



明日は次女のプリの社会見学
楽しみ
We gonna go to my second daugter's excursion tomorrow.

suprise fact!!

How are you today

今日は何だかお疲れさん。
買い物で意外とバタバタし、３店舗ハシゴ
I'm tired
We went to three store for shopping.

昨日の夜中、喘息の為、苦しいと泣きだした
早速喘息に効くブレンドオイルを足の裏、首、背中に塗ってあげたところ・・・。
なんと、ものの見事にさっきまで泣いていた次女がコロっと寝てしまった
My second daugter was crying last night because of her asthma,
so,I put on blend oil on her legs,neck,and back.
To my surprise, she seemed to feel better and slept enough

長い目で見守っていくとしよう・・・
I wannna look at the long term.

嬉しいことに、先日遊びに来てくれたYさんが自身のブログで私をネタに
感動
To my glad,my friend took up of me at her blog.

今日もプリへお出かけ
My kid's went to pre this morning.



今日もシャボン玉で
They were playing bubble.



最近お勉強もサマになってるかな
They got used to learn.




先日、次女が何気に”ママ～、泳ぎたい”・・・と。
早速スイミングスクール見学へ
The other day, second daugter said, "Mom,I wanna learn swim"
So,we went to swimming school a little bit.



見学に行った後、彼女達は通う気満々
夫と話しあってから決めないと
After looking it, they wanted to go to school.
So, I will talk about it with my husband seriously.

その後、モールに行き、色々お買いものデー。
２時間近くウロウロと
We went to mall to buy something.
It took about two hours.

今日の夕飯はカレーうどんかカレーライス。
カレーうどんは子ども達に人気
Today's dinner was curry udon or curry rice.
Udon was popular for my kids.



長男、いつも自分で食べたがる
My son wanna eat by himself



僕はひじきも
My son loves hijiki.



今日はトイレで頑張ってみたけど・・・。
残念
He went to bathroom, but he failed.



明日はホットヨガ行こっと
その後はみんなでSDオールドタウン、行ってきます
楽しみだわ～
I gonna hot yoga tomorrow.
After that we gonna SD old town.
I'm looking forward to it.

We went to my husband's company to bring his golf club at this afternoon.

プリにお迎えに行くと、子ども達は遊びに夢中
I picked up my daugters and they were into playing.



たくさん楽しんだ後、お家に帰り、日本語のお勉強time。
今日、”継続は力なり”改めて痛感
After playing, we went to back home,and we studied Japanese language.
I really thought that it was very important to practice

Practice makes perfect



明日は特に何も予定のない週末。
何しようかしら
It will no plan for tomorrow.
