gyoza dumpling again

First of all, I want to report here that yesterday I made gyoza dumpling again. .... YES! I made it! I nailed it!! Yes!  I think I definitely mastered how to fry gyoza.

And second, I really hated it but had to accept that it turned out that one of my uncles had Stage4 stomach cancer. He will get chemo but it seems hardly cureble. .. .
