No...! I overslept this morning..., which means I didn't attend Pilates at the gym that starts from 8.
I found Pilates good for posture, after I happened to attend the class before Tai-Chi last Wednesday.
I went to another Pilates class this Monday instructed by another guy. I got quite a bit of muscle aches and it hadn't gone away yet. Heh, heh. The matter was where I got mascle aches, which were in my buttocks, back of thighs and my back. Wow, buttocks and thighs are the parts I didn't like. They are loose, look like holding hideous fat!
What's pilates anyway? It will take me long time to explain so check out this website.
I think I will keep on attending Pilates for a while. It actually is hard but definitely worth trying!
