Yoshi is planning to make an investment in a condominium for the past few weeks.
It's just astonishing that Yoshi does as many researches as he can when buying something. It is the way he does so that he can get what he thinks is the best. Now, you may see what is going on here. He is doing kind of mesmerizing amount of researches to get the condo! No wonder he is careful not to fail, it is very expensive.
I have totally no idea he will be successful or not.
People here say there will be no loss investing in condos. Because Canada welcomes foreign people to immigrate, the population is increasing explosively.
However, the situation seems now like a small version of Japan before the bubble burst. Condos have been built like crazy for a decade and now are likely over-supplied. Its value might be down in the near future.
Yoshi sees it is yet all right, though.
I am getting tired of it these days.
Yoshi speaks only about condos. He asks for my opinions so I say something back. It's like, he seems to make up his mind one day and takes the second thought the next day. We have to start discussing all over again.
It feels like there is no point. ....
However, I saw a lay of light today.
Yoshi found the one he seriously goes for. He was so serious that he brought the check book with him when we went to the sales office today. Disappointingly, Hadi, the real-estate agent who Yoshi is talking to, wasn't willing to have Yoshi buy it. He is skeptical that the builder will give Yoshi what they promise.
The deal is on hold for now.
I know it should take time when buying something expensive but....
I can't take it anymore!!!!
