The Shimada Appli Off-line coating system Table Coater is automation machine for selective conformal coating. Through conformal coating at the surface of PCB, it is protected from humidity and contamination environment and improved the quality. This machine is applied to small quantity batch production,It is effective and portable by compact design. Able to select the coating type depending on the viscosity & coating film thickness & material situation. This coating system also makes selectively conformal coating possible by an solvent base and an water base or the high viscosity(solvent less type) material.
Acrylic , urethane, epoxy, silicon, rubber, fluoric and UV cure material etc.
