開発したFSCC06 Serective Spray Coaterの検証結果でさらに大きな効果が期待される。
溶剤系の防湿剤を希釈しないで、３０ミクロ前後の成膜をした場合、乾燥時間は従来の半分以下、乾燥温度も下げて乾燥可能になる。
結果として、希釈溶剤３０％以上削減、乾燥時間短縮、乾燥温度低減、ピン足エッジ部の塗膜厚大幅アップが得られる。
