復興応援割に見える総理の周辺
復興応援割で奥能登を旅行する人に７割の補助を支給して被害にあった能登の復興を支援しようという計画がある。この件で石川県の馳知事が、この事業は「地元の人達に失礼だ」という発言があった。
私も全く同感である。物事には順序がある。
地震で破壊された街の整理がついておらず、営業している旅館が未だ少ない状態で、旅行者が行く気になれないだろうし、地元の人も旅行者を快く受け入れられないだろう。
岸田総理は能登を視察したと聞いているが、能登の何を見て、何を聞いてきたのだろうか？今、能登に必要なのは、街の瓦礫の山の整理と離散していく人達を留め、安心感を与える事である。
このような馬鹿な計画が出てくると言う事は、総理の周辺に総理に助言できる人がいないか、助言が総理の脳に届かないか、総理が独断に走っているかのどれかであろう。
考えるに組織の頂点に立つ人は、自身の考えに間違いがないかを常に確認する必要がある。彼らは、傲慢に陥る危険に晒されており、周辺が怖れると、周辺の人達はイエスマンに変身していく。
かつて岸田総理は傾聴が得意だと言っていたが、この事業の件で、大きな疑問符がついてしまった事を猛省すべきだろう。
Aspect around the Prime Minister which we can recognize at reconstruction efforts
There is a plan to support the recovery of the damaged Noto region by providing 70% subsidies to people who travel to Oku-Noto through a reconstruction support discount. Regarding this, Governor Hasi of Ishikawa Prefecture said that this project is "disrespectful to the local people."
I completely agree. There is orders to things.
With the city destroyed by the earthquake still not in arrangement and with only a few inns open, tourists will not want to go, and the locals will not be happy to welcome tourists.
I heard that Prime Minister Kishida visited Noto, but what did he see and hear? What is needed now in Noto is to sort out the mountains of rubble in the town, to hold back the scattered people, and to give them a sense of security.
For such a foolish plan to come out, it must be that the Prime Minister has no one around him who can advise him, or the advice is not reaching his brain, or the Prime Minister is acting on his own.
I think that people at the top of an organization need to constantly check that their ideas are correct. They are in danger of falling into arrogance, and when those around them are afraid, they turn into yes-men.
Prime Minister Kishida has previously said that he is good at listening, but he should seriously reflect on the fact that this project has raised serious doubts about his ability to do so.
