Does the universe have a will?

Human will is created from unconscious.
Also, unconscious captures changes in the outside world.
If so, something like a will in some of the changes in the outside world (the universe)
Does not it think that it exists?
Light exists from the beginning of the universe, and in some cases it goes straight in a certain direction,
At times, it is absorbed by substances and is active in them.
There may be a will in the movement.
