(1) Chinese-style dumplings
part1: pork & chinese cabbage,Chinese chive(garlic chive)or welsh onion
3 per person ×17 = 51
part2: pork & cabbage & shitake mashroom & shrinp(or white-fleshed fish)
3 per person ×17 =51
※maybe we'll need to buy 110~120sheets of the wrapping sheet for meat and vegetable dumplings
※to good tast, we wanna get sesami oil
→these dumplings will be burned with a fryingpan.
(2)Egg fried rice
100g~ per person × 17 = 2kg
→rice will be cooked using Rice cooker & 2 pans.
(Rieko will lend us her rice cooker)
(3)Stew of Chinese cabbage (or green& tomato salada)
→seasoning of chainese style
(4)dessert
