I had lessons for elementary school students from the lower grades to the upper grades and for third-year junior high school students at the ECC Junior Nishi-Akashi Kitamachi classroom yesterday (on November 14th) .
After the lesson,
I was walking home late at night while watching a video on my iPhone,
and I couldn't use both hands,
so I tripped and fell down face-first on the ground.
I got scrapes and bruises around my right eye,
it's still swollen and painful.
My lips are swollen too .
Today(on the15th) is nursery school parents visit day .
what should I do?
Should I buy an eye patch or keep it？
(That day , I wore an eye pathch as a temporary measure.)
(Now there is no swellimg , just a scar .)
It's been a while since I've been injured.
I'm unlucky...
I feel a little depressed,
but I wasn't feeling sick,
so I think that was good.
It's my own fault ,
so there's nothing I can do about it ,
but I think it was probably a sign from my body
that I was exhausted .
I never know what might happen in my life ,
so I shoud be careful .
