【Climbing Tokyo】6/17 MeetUp outdoor event@Ogawa-yama

急きょ募集しましたが、3名の方にご参加頂きました。参加者の2名は初めての外岩、梅雨の合間のドぴーかん、乾燥してフリクションは良かった。

まずは、トップロープクライミング、掛け声、登り方、ロワーリング、基本的なムーブ等の講習のため、フェニックスの大岩へ。ここは日当たりが良すぎるのが難点。4ラインでしっかり学べました。14時ごろから移動して、ガマスラブへ。スメアリング、スタンス、歩幅、体勢、靴底のフリクション等、スラブの基本を講習しました。みんな大満足でした。帰りの車はみんなすやすや眠っていました。

Though there was not time to the event, 3 people participated in the outdoor climbing event. Two of the participants were the first outdoor rock climbing, fine weather between rainy seasons, dry and rock friction was good.

First of all, we went to Phoenix Oiwa for training such as top rope climbing, commands, lowering, basic move and so on. Here is a drawback that the sun is too good. We moved from around 14 o'clock and went to Gama slab. I taught them the basics of slabs, such as smearing, stance, stride length, position, shoe sole friction etc. Everyone was satisfied very much.
