バレエ・ダンス・演劇などの自分の身体を使って作品をつくる。音楽、絵画など「自分」を使って作品をつくる。その自分の身体をなにものにも頼らないオリジナルなものとして動かす。そのためには自分の呼吸を見つめ、空気を感じる。その『自分の身体』を自在に動かすには自身の身体をもっと深く感じることが必要です。そんな自分だけの身体に出会うためのワークショップを開催いたします。
経験など問いません。身体に興味を持つかたなら、舞台活動だけでなく、クリエイティブな活動されてるかたもぜひお越しください。自分自身の身体と、わたしをとりまく空間を感じる、そんな自分自身を自由に使えるからだを一緒に勉強いたしましょう。

ノイズバンドのパフォーマーから身体表現に興味を持ち、能楽からバレエ、ジャズダンス、HIPHOP、コンテンポラリーダンス、舞踏、演劇などを学ぶ。そうしてオリジナルの身体表現を追求する中で、呼吸と身体の関係性から自分の身体を再確認するメソッドをつくりあげる。performance group 『ayami yasuyho』主宰。
