バレエ、コンテンポラリーダンス、HIPHOPなどさまざまなダンスや、演劇などの舞台表現、また音楽を作ったり絵画を描くなどに使う『自分の身体』。
この『自分の身体』を自在に動かすには、自身の身体をもっと深く感じることが必要です。
自分の呼吸を見つめること、そこからはじめる自由な自分だけの身体を意識して、自分だけの身体と出会うためのワークショップを開催いたします。
経験など問いません。身体に興味を持つ方ならどなたでもかまいません。もちろん舞台活動だけでなく、クリエイティブな活動をされている方もぜひお越し下さい。自分自身の身体と、それをとりまく空間を感じる、そんな自分自身を自由に使える身体を一緒に勉強しましょう。

実験的ノイズバンドのパフォーマーから身体表現に興味をもち能を学ぶ。それからバレエ、ジャズダンス、HIPHOP、コンテンポラリーダンス、舞踏、演劇など多岐にわたって身体表現について学ぶ。さまざまな身体の使い方を学ぶなかで、本当の自分自身の身体に向き合い、「私にしかできない表現とはなにか」を追求する。
その中から呼吸をベースとする、自身の身体を再度認識しながらのオリジナルのパフォーミングアーツを実践している。
