The UK government has announced an increase in APD

I'd been very busy at work. Meanwhile, UK changed the clock and had announced the budget. It's almost the end of the year.
I hadn't time to read articles. I'd only listened to the radio and podcasts.

What does the Air Passenger Duty increase mean for cheap flights?

I like the increase of the APD on the private jets. I cannot find articles which explain about the duty of business class.
