Through the Use of the Context of Immanuel Kant’s “Critique of Judgement”

Abstract
　As for the concept of a system, it is generally understood that it has a frame of duality with objectives and constraints.
1. This study has taken to extending them corresponding up to the epistemological duality level with ‘liberty of arbitrary ‘ and ‘natural causality’.
2. Through the context use of Immanuel Kant’s “Critique of Judgement”　（Kritik derUrteilskraft）, the teleological structures of the system thinkings are studied for reviewing of the social and individual moralities in the conjunction of scientific and technological theory background.
要旨
　一般システム思考は　基本的には　目的関数と制約条件で構成されますが、これを　一旦　「人間自由意志」と「自然因果律」という次元にまで抽象化して　そのなかで意志決定することの意味、つまり目的概念についての人間と社会次元での概念考察をおこなう。本論は　その序論として位置付けであり、　カントの著「判断力批判」を使って　特に、目的倫理の問題構造を考察する。
