心臓合併症には、心筋損傷、心不全(HF)、心原性ショック、成人における多系統炎症症候群、突然の心停止を含む不整脈などがあります。
ACS:急性冠症候群。AMI:急性心筋損傷。MI:心筋梗塞。
ワクチンによって、何らかの理由で心臓の筋肉細胞が極端に肥大化し、かつ体内の免疫細胞がそれを異物と誤認して攻撃し続けたことで、激しい変化が起こり、収縮機能が失われてしまうこともあります。
