手織り紬の着物地からブラウスをリメイク

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

手織りの紬着物地をお預かりして裏付きブラウスをリメイクしました。
サンプルのブラウスがあり、同デザイン・同サイズということでお時間はいただきましたがスムーズにお仕立てすすみました。
柄合わせ・ボタンホールは玉縁、などいつものこだわるところは徹底的にこだわって。素敵なブラウスジャケットが仕上がりました！
年明け一月にお集まりがあるそうで、間に合って本当に良かった！

Remake a coat from hand-woven kimono fabric

Hello, this is the kimono remake and kimono reform service in Yokohama Aobadai.『gallery/rurimon』

I remade a coat from a hand-woven kimono fabric with an orange pattern. This time, the client loved the Rurikon original design, and the sample coat fit perfectly, so I only needed to adjust the sleeve length. I cut and sewed the coat in one go without a preliminary fitting, carefully matching the pattern with precision. I finished the buttonholes with a piped edge. This kimono fabric coat is versatile and can be worn during three seasons except for the height of summer. Of course, since it's silk, it's light and warm. I'm looking forward to delivering this piece.

手織りの着物地からコートをリメイク

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

オレンジの柄が入った手織りの着物地からコートをリメイクしました。
今回は瑠璃門オリジナルデザインをお気に入っていただき、サイズもサンプルコートがぴったりだったので、袖丈のみの変更で仮縫い無しの一発裁断＆縫製です。柄合わせは念をいれて丁寧に。ボタンホールも玉縁で仕上げました。
着物地のコートは、真夏以外スリーシーズンお召し頂けるのでとても重宝です。
もちろん絹ですので、軽くて暖かい一着。お渡しできるのが楽しみです。

Chinese Blue Printed Fabric

Hello, this is the kimono remake and kimono reform service in Yokohama Aobadai.『gallery/rurimon』

I made a tissue box cover using Chinese traditional indigo-dyed fabric called "Zhongguolanyin Huabu" (Chinese Blue Print Fabric).
The fabric has good thickness and stiffness, with patterns created through stencil-dyed indigo techniques. In the past, this fabric was often used for making clothes, though it was slightly heavy for wearing as garments.
Now, I use it for interior decoration items like tablecloths, tissue box covers, bed covers, and cushion covers.

中国の伝統の藍染め布「中国藍印花布」

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

中国の伝統技術で染められる藍染め「中国藍印花布ちゅうごくらんいんかふ」を使ってティッシュボックスカバーを作りました。
厚みと腰がしっかりしている布で、柄は型染めの藍染め。昔はこの布でよく洋服を作りましたが、洋服で着るには若干重い布でした。
今はインテリア・・・テーブルクロスやティッシュボックスカバーやベッドカバー、クッションカバーなどにしています。

一枚でも、重ね着でも、どちらにも便利に着て頂けます。綿だけでなくポリエステルとポリウレタンも入っているので毛羽立ちなどの心配も無し。
とっても着回しやすい一着です。立ち襟がポイント！

Remake/upcycle a purple kimono into a dress

Hello, this is the kimono remake and kimono reform service in Yokohama Aobadai.『gallery/rurimon』

I received a beautiful purple kimono and remade it into a dress. Of course, everything from the design to the size was fully customized. Since the kimono had many patterns, I carefully pieced them together to match the designs, and was able to use plenty of the pattern on both sleeves. Even when patterns match well on a kimono, making them align properly when remaking it into Western-style clothing can be quite challenging. I was able to use every part of the kimono without waste, and it turned into a truly wonderful dress! Thank you very much.

▲Actually, I'm carefully piecing together small sections and matching the patterns.

紫の着物をワンピースにリメイク

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

綺麗な紫の着物をお預かりしてワンピースにリメイクしました。
もちろん、デザイン・サイズ全てフルオーダーです。柄がたくさんあるお着物でしたので、細かく接ぎも入れて柄合わせをし、両袖にもたっぷりと柄を使うことができました。着物の時点で柄が合っていても、いざ洋服にリメイクする時には柄合わせ、結構大変なのです。余すことなく使い切れて、本当に素敵なドレスに仕上がりました！ありがとうございました。
