Chinese Blue Printed Fabric

Hello, this is the kimono remake and kimono reform service in Yokohama Aobadai.『gallery/rurimon』

I made a tissue box cover using Chinese traditional indigo-dyed fabric called "Zhongguolanyin Huabu" (Chinese Blue Print Fabric).
The fabric has good thickness and stiffness, with patterns created through stencil-dyed indigo techniques. In the past, this fabric was often used for making clothes, though it was slightly heavy for wearing as garments.
Now, I use it for interior decoration items like tablecloths, tissue box covers, bed covers, and cushion covers.

中国の伝統の藍染め布「中国藍印花布」

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

中国の伝統技術で染められる藍染め「中国藍印花布ちゅうごくらんいんかふ」を使ってティッシュボックスカバーを作りました。
厚みと腰がしっかりしている布で、柄は型染めの藍染め。昔はこの布でよく洋服を作りましたが、洋服で着るには若干重い布でした。
今はインテリア・・・テーブルクロスやティッシュボックスカバーやベッドカバー、クッションカバーなどにしています。

At last, true autumn is here... and the cold winter is just around the corner.
That said, it's truly a season where it can be tricky to decide what to wear. We've just received these lightweight sweaters.
They're versatile enough to be worn on their own or layered with other pieces. Made with a blend of cotton, polyester, and polyurethane, you won't have to worry about pilling.
This is an incredibly versatile piece. The stand-up collar is a distinctive feature!

とうとう本格的な秋・・・そして寒い冬もそこまでやってきました。
とは言え、着るものに困る季節、というのも本当のところ。こんな薄手セーターが入荷しました。
一枚でも、重ね着でも、どちらにも便利に着て頂けます。綿だけでなくポリエステルとポリウレタンも入っているので毛羽立ちなどの心配も無し。
とっても着回しやすい一着です。立ち襟がポイント！
