The first bread I ever made with Kitchenaid mixing machine!
This is Eight Grain Bread.
I was supposed to use six grain cereal according to the recipe from school but I had bought eight grain one the other day.
Eight grain cereal includes rolled oats, brown rice, corn, soybeans, millet, barley, sunflower seed and flaxseed. It is very fiber-y. It is guaranteed that you poo a lot by eating it!
And...
The mixer rules!!!
I used to knead dough by hand with all my strength. Oh, and with my face blushed and sweating a lot! But still it seemed to need more kneading. It didn't developed enough gluten, I guess.
Wow, it gave me amazement. More than enough gluten developed. It was nice'n sticky!! ( I admit that I put a bit too much water in the bowl... that might have made it very sticky... )
After let rest, it inflated twice as much as the one I kneaded by hand. I was so impressed.

八穀パン?て言うんですかね?んむー。
八種類の穀類ミックスを混ぜたレシピです。
押し麦、玄米、トウモロコシ、大豆、粟、大麦、ひまわりの種、亜麻の種(多分。。)…を細かく砕いたものが入ってるのです。
香ばしいですよ
そして食物繊維が豊富なのでお通じ良くなりそう

キッチンエイドで捏ねたパンはやっぱり、私の素人な手捏ねなんかより全然ねばりがありましたょ~
以前は顔を真っ赤にしながら全身全霊を込めて(笑)捏ねてたのが、エイドにおまかせで洗いものしてられるこの便利さ!感動しました。
ただ、ティルトヘッドの接続部分が、捏ねてる最中左右に振れてたのが、壊れそうでちょっと怖かったり。。
リフトアップのにすればよかったかも・とちょっと思いました。
お通じ良くなる事間違いないですね

我が家は只今メッシュ型でみるくパンを作成中です。cocoaはこのパンでホットサンドを作りたいようです!!
