Causal relationship between increased crime and increased immigration
From a humanitarian perspective, we should actively accept immigrants and refugees. However, when the number of immigrants and refugees becomes large relative to the population of Japan, ethnic problems will arise. These are frictions that arise when the rules and customs that Japanese people take for granted are different from those of them.
It wouldn't be a problem if there were only a few outsiders and their actions didn't affect Japanese society, but once they are no longer a minority it will become a problem.
Nowadays, it wouldn't be a problem if there were only a few outsiders and their actions didn't affect Japanese society, but once they are no longer a minority it will become a problem.
Even if immigrants and refugees are not like the type to commit crimes when they arrive in Japan, it is entirely conceivable that they will turn to crime if they are unable to make a living due to some circumstances.
Therefore, there is a need for means and methods to manage these people, who have poor communication skills, so that they do not turn to crime.
If it fails to do so, Japan's social capital will be damaged and the quality of Japanese culture will decline.
