先週、大鍋にチゲを作って
毎日少しずつ食べて
石和温泉へ行く前夜に食べきった
スープを冷凍して
今日、それにうどんを入れて
うどんチゲ作った
キムチとスパムを少し足したんだよね
見た目、よくないけど
味は超美味しかった
盛り付け、超へたくそ
でも、味は、ママ譲りか?
結構美味しく作れます
I made a big pot of Chige last week,
I ate a little bit of it everyday.
and I finally finish it all
the night before I headed to Isawa Onsen.
and then I froze the Chige soup.
Today I made Undon Chige using
the left-over soup, adding
some Kimchee and Spam.
It doesn't look good
but it tasted soo good.
I am terrible at coordinating
and dishing up food,
but I have a good sense in cooking,
inherited from my mother, I guess.
